Plans & billing
Chatisto plans, how AI credits work, and how to upgrade, change or cancel your subscription.
Each workspace has its own subscription. Manage it in Settings → Billing. Payments are handled by Paddle, which also takes care of invoices and VAT.

How AI credits work
Each AI reply uses credits based on the model:

| Claude Haiku 5.5 (default) | 1 |
| Claude Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol | 2 |
| Claude Opus 5.5 | 4 |
So the Starter plan's 3,000 credits are 3,000 replies with Claude Haiku 5.5, or 1,500 with Claude Sonnet 5.5. Messages from your human operators, scenario steps and button clicks don't use credits.
Credits reset on the 1st of every month. Track usage in Settings → AI Chatbot → AI credits this month.
Change or cancel
In Settings → Billing you can upgrade, switch plans or cancel.
