Team & roles
Invite operators to your Chatisto workspace and understand what owners and members can do.
Invite teammates
Go to Settings → Team, enter one or more email addresses (comma-separated) and send the invitations.
- People without a Chatisto account get an email with a link to create one.
- People who already have an account are added right away and see the workspace in their workspace switcher.
Roles
The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Everyone you invite joins as a member.

Need to give a teammate owner rights or transfer a workspace? Email support@chatisto.com.
Several websites
One account can belong to several workspaces, for example one per website or brand. Switch between them in the app. Each workspace has its own team, so you can give an agency or freelancer access to just one site.
