Integrations
Connect Chatisto to Slack, Discord, HubSpot, your own APIs and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT.
Slack
Settings → Integrations → Slack Integration → Connect, then approve access in Slack.
- New chat requests are posted to Slack with an Accept button, so your team doesn't need the Chatisto app open.
- Click Test to send a test notification.
Discord
Settings → Integrations → Discord Integration: paste a Discord channel webhook URL (in Discord: Channel settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook → Copy URL). New chat requests are posted to that channel. Click Test to check.
HubSpot
Settings → HubSpot CRM → Connect HubSpot, then approve access.
When Chatisto learns a visitor's email (from the visitor, the AI, a scenario question or the offline form), it creates the contact in HubSpot automatically.
Your own API (custom tools)
Let the AI call your systems during a conversation, for example to check an order status or available booking slots. Custom tools are configured in a scenario's AI step. See Train on your content → What the AI can do.
To load buttons or cards from your API inside a scenario, use a Webhook step. See Scenarios.
Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants
Run your support from an AI assistant through the Chatisto MCP server.
